Returning an item

If you’d like to return an item you must tell us within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please email us at to request a return. Please include the following information on your email:

- Your full name.
- The email address you used to place the order.
- The item you wish to return, the size and the colour.
- The reason you are returning the item.
- Whether you wish to receive a refund OR exchange for another item. 

Once we receive your email will we reply with more information on how to return your item. You must then return the item to us within 28 days of receiving your original parcel.

Please note: Customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns and Exchanges Terms and Conditions

All refund requests MUST be made by email to within 14 days of the item being delivered to your address.

All returns must be received by us within 28 days of the items being delivered to your address.

Items must be returned in a new and unworn condition. Returns will only be accepted and refunds or exchanges offered, if items are returned to Jugglewear unworn, unwashed and in their original condition free from any marks or odours.

This doesn’t affect your rights to return faulty goods or any other statutory rights. 


Once your item has been returned to us and we are satisfied that it meets our Terms and Conditions you will be entitled to receive a refund. Please allow 14 days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method. 


The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility except where the item is faulty and is being returned for an exchange. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so they are not damaged in the post. If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. We recommend that you consider Royal Mail parcel insurance, as we are not liable for any returns parcels damaged or lost in transit.

Missing items:

If there are any items missing from your order you must advise us within 7 days of the item being delivered to your address.
